The subject of the contract shall be services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and sparing of timber and tourism, maintenance of forest facilities, roads, rip trails and creeks to be made on the territory of three forests of the Jeleśnia Forest District in 2022.
The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of logging and breaking, forest farming and protection, fire protection of tourism and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from the Land No. 3 to SWZ specifying: 1) size of works by groups of activities, activities and location, 2) sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; 3) summary of timber distances and conditions; 4) summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; 5) information on the use of possible logging technologies.
