The framework agreement covers connection to and operation of internet connections and associated services to Evida's employees' home workplaces at the employees' private address, where this is expected to be used for work and private use.

Supplier must be able to provide internet bandwidth to the addresses specified by Customer. The provider must be able to offer at least 1 GB of bandwidth to at least 80% of the specified addresses, and is obliged to provide the maximum bandwidth possible at each address, but not more than 1 GB.

In addition, the supplier must provide a number of services and administrative services consisting of:

1) Extended Service Agreement

2) Fixed static IP address with the Supplier's equipment

3) Fixed static IP address with the customer's own equipment

4) Installation at the employee's address by technician

5) Immediate delivery

6) Konfigurationsændring i CPE

7) Bandwidth speed upgrade
