Ensure the operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the form of employment of workers.

1. Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste directly from real estate throughout the city of Orzesze, where residents reside from 1 January 2022 to 28 February 2023 (according to the annex).

2. Reception and management of non-segregated waste (mixed) municipal waste;

3. Reception and management of selectively collected municipal waste (glass, paper, plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste);

4. retrofitting of single-family and several family properties with ash and slag containers from household fireboxes and biowaste containers;

5. retrofitting multifamily and several family properties with container waste segregation kits (glass, paper, plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste);

6. Collecting of large-sized waste, spent tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment (once a year);

7. Leaf collection in the autumn period (up to 10,000 bags once a year)

8. Equipment of the Municipal Waste Collection Point with containers and waste collection containers;

9. Receipt and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point

10. Development and delivery of schedules for the export of waste to all properties residing in Orzesze (as set out in the Annex)

11. Ensure the operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the form of employment of workers.

Measures of evidence in question:

The Contracting Authority shall not require the submission of the evidence in question in the proceedings concerned.

The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to carry out a local vision or verification by him of the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Act.

The weight of all waste for receipt and use provided for in this contract will be approximately 10,686.13 [Mg] (over a period of 14 months). Weight of waste broken down

Per individual fractions will amount to about:

— Paper and cardboard packaging: 200,84 [Mg]

— plastic packaging and mixed packaging waste: 769,60 [Mg]

— glass packs: 629,16 [Mg]

— unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: 3,464,67 [Mg]

— ash and slag from home fireboxes: 2 533,72 [Mg]

— biodegradable waste: 1 725,48 [Mg]

— large-size waste: 681,18 [Mg]

— Other: 681,72 [Mg]

The estimated amount of waste is determined on the basis of information from the completion of waste collection in the months: February 2020 - March 2021. The estimated amount is subject to change. The Contracting Authority does not provide for a change in remuneration in case

The Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum amount of waste collected during the period of implementation of the contract, i.e. from 1.1.2022 to 28.2.2023, will be 8,000 Mg.

Currently, containers are emptied from the municipality's land of inhabited properties on average months:

— with unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste of approximately 15 840 pcs. ,

— with ash and slag from house fireboxes 10 750 pcs (average of February, March, April, May 2020)

— with bio-waste approx. 7.150 pcs

The Contracting Authority does not provide for a change in the remuneration in case

Currently, on average monthly, bags of segregated waste are received in the amount of approximately 34,800 pcs. Their quantity is subject to change. The contracting authority does not provide for a change

If the amount of bags increases.

Receipt of municipal waste from the owners of the property Contractor may carry out

From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday (six days a week).

The Contracting Authority shall require that the following activities in the implementation of the contract be carried out by persons employed under an employment contract:

— collection of municipal waste, supervision of the implementation of the contract
