The Contracting Authority proposes to appoint Tenderers onto a Framework Panel on a non-exclusive basis, from which Design and Build Tenders (the Contracting Authority reserves the right to use other forms of Contract if it so decides) may be invited for new building construction projects which are planned to be undertaken at Dublin Airport Central over a 5 year period from 2015 to 2020 inclusive.
