The aim of the assignment is, according to the principles of asset management, to carry out the necessary maintenance in a sustainable, efficient and effective manner. This concerns small, life-extending and large maintenance. Within the cooperation between the municipality and the contractor, a balance is given to finding a balance between costs, performance and risks.
The contract mainly includes the following activities:
o Repair clinker slots/welding holes.
o Life-extending maintenance asphalt pavements.
o Small-scale maintenance of asphalt pavement.
o Large-scale maintenance of asphalt pavement.
o Maintenance of lines and road markings.
o Additional work to achieve the actual maintenance. This includes carrying out a chimney, a measure test, asphalt research and measure advice.
YEAR asfaltonderhoudThe municipality has an average budget available per year of € 1,500,000 to € 2,500,000 excluding VAT. Each annual budget is seen as targeting.
The size of the contract may change as a result of area changes and budget changes, on the understanding that the total size of the contract, including renewals, cannot exceed the ceiling amount of €12,000,000.
The client reserves the right to assign work that will not be described in the agreement, but similar to that in this agreement, to third parties.
No rights can be derived from the amounts and/or number of partial assignments mentioned.
