The tender includes Boligkontoret Denmark's offer of total consultancy in connection with the reconstruction, renovation and new construction of Engparken in Dragør on behalf of Dragør Housing Association.

The tasks are approved in the resident democracy - and financing and rent consequence are approved in the Municipality and the National Building Fund.

The consultant must handle the final design, tender, AMK P and B, supervision, delivery and 1st year review as well as be available for the 5-year review. The scope of the works is established in the attached tender documents.

The case is being offered as a limited EU tender under the rules of the Procurement Act.

Only pre-qualified applicants will be able to make offers for the assignment. If you wish to be pre-qualified, you must send an application to this effect. Boligkontoret Danmark intends to pre-qualify 5 applicants, who will be invited to submit tenders for the tendered assignment.

If the Housing Office receives applications from more than 5 suitable applicants, the Housing Office will make a selection of the 5 most suitable applicants, as this selection will be made on the basis of the objective criteria.

The pre-qualification conditions provide information on the terms of submission and assessment of pre-qualification applications.

The tender shall be conducted electronically and through the use of the web portal Building Project.dk, where the total tender material is available and where both the application for pre-qualification and offers must be delivered electronically.

The tender schedule for pre-qualification and tendering phase is attached to the tender material as Annex 07.

The contract is awarded to the bidder who makes the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the award criterion best price and quality ratio.

Application for pre-qualification must consist of the following and uploaded in .pdf format on the individual drop-off requirements of Building Project.dk:

A — Filupload ESPD

- Filled in ESPD document from applicant

- Possibly completed ESPD document from any companies on which the applicant supports the application, or ESPD from all economic operators that are part of a possible group (a consortium).

- Filled out the GDPR statement (Annex B) from all companies that have completed an ESPD.

- Procedure proof of self-cleaning referred to in Section 138 of the Procurement Act

B — Filupload Technical and Professional Capacity (Gather to one pdf)

- Letter of application indicating the organisation offered at the company level

- Any additional reference information other than indication in the ESPD

- Completed availability statements (Appendix A) from companies on which the applicant relies in relation to professional and technical capacity.
