Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single operator pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the provision of services of preparation, start-up, assistance, consulting, production and maintenance software, as part of the “SATER” e-procurement platform for the evolution of the eAppaltiFVG system.

The object of the framework agreement is the provision of services for preparation, start-up, assistance, consulting, production and software maintenance, as part of the “SATER” e-procurement platform for the evolution of the eAppaltiFVG system.

The total amount of the framework agreement is equal to EUR 1 500 000.00 (Euro one million five hundred thousand thousand per 00) excluding VAT of which EUR 300 000.00 (Euro three hundred thousand/00) is optional.
