The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nursery and seed production, to be carried out at the Forest District of Trzebciny in 2020
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as nursery and seed resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1 - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2 - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.
