The purpose of the contract is to supply and deliver flowers, plants and horticultural products for the City of Plessis-Robinson. It is broken down into 3 lots such as: - Lot 1: Annuals, condimentary, aromatic and fun plants, biennials and chrysanthemums, suspensions - Lot 2: Bulbs - Lot 3: Horticultural products

Lot 1 concerns the supply and delivery of annuals, condiments, aromatic and fun plants, biennials and chrysanthemums, suspensions. The services covered by the contract will be processed by purchase order and paid in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 of the Public Procurement Code, the unit prices appearing in the Unit Price Schedules of the said lot 1 and, where applicable, the prices appearing in the price catalogue(s) of the contractor. As an indication, the estimated maximum annual amount of Lot 1 is estimated at 140,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). In any event, the maximum amount of Lot 1 over the total duration of the contract is set at EUR 560 000 (excluding VAT). Lot 2 concerns the supply and delivery of bulbs. The services covered by the contract will be processed by purchase order and paid in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 of the Public Procurement Code, the unit prices appearing in the Unit Price List of the said lot 2 and, where applicable, the prices appearing in the price catalogue(s) of the contractor. As an indication, the estimated maximum annual amount of Lot 2 is estimated at 150,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). In any event, the maximum amount of Lot 2 over the total duration of the contract is set at EUR 600 000 (excluding VAT). Lot 3 concerns the supply and delivery of horticultural products. The services covered by the contract will be processed by purchase order and paid in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 of the Public Procurement Code, the unit prices appearing in the Unit Price List of the said lot 3 and, where applicable, the prices appearing in the price catalogue(s) of the contractor. As an indication, the maximum estimated annual amount of Lot 3 is estimated at 80,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). In any event, the maximum amount of Lot 3 over the total duration of the contract is set at 320,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT).
