The Contracting Authority would like to use this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement with a tenderer who can take on a LSP role for Salangen municipality, which is the host municipality for the inter-municipal cooperation in ICT (Astafjord IKT). The cooperation covers Salangen, Lavangen and Gratangen municipalities. The tenderer must be able to assist with the procurement of licenses and services from Microsoft, as well as make choices regarding license types and license counting etc.

As the pattern of use varies in the municipalities, we would like a partner who can analyse the current use, as well as propose new good solutions for Microsoft licences and services. The tenderer is to negotiate prices with Microsoft on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
