The subject of the order is the delivery of a telescopic wheel loader and a mobile belt conveyor under task 2,, Design and construction of the Compost Plant together with the supply of equipment” within the project,, Points System of Selective Collecting Municipal Waste Collection in Tarnów”

The subject of this part of the order is delivery to the office of the Ordering Party located at 31 Komunalna Street in Tarnów, a telescopic wheel loader with the following parameters:

1) factory new - year of production 2021 or later,

2) can not be a prototype, it is supposed to be from serial production, it is to be labeled CE,

3) Diesel engine, four-cylinder with a nominal power of 170hp, min. 4500 cm 3 meeting the exhaust gas emissions standard Stage 5

4) Hydrostatic gearbox, max speed not less than 40 km/h

5) Drive both axles. Both torsion axes with three modes of operation: front torsion axle, both torsion axes, “crab” mode

6) Brake system- dry disc brakes

7) Automatic parking brake

8) Multi-piston pump with flow min. 160l/min, pressure min. 250 bar

9) Distribution unit providing 3 working movements simultaneously

1. The machine must be free of design, material, execution and legal defects.

2. The machine must comply with the commonly applicable standards and standards adopted for such equipment, be authorised for marketing and use in Poland and the EU (CE certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer shall be provided),

3. The Contractor shall be responsible for the conformity of the supplied machine with the technical and quality parameters described in the SWZ and stated in the Contractor's offer.
