                        DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ACCORDING TO 4 PACKAGES
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment according to 4 packages to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A – 1D to nin. Specification.
2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Package 1
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment - 1 pc. dental chair to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A to nin. Specification.
2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Package 2
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment - 2 pcs. electric medical couches to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1B to nin. Specification.
2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Package 3
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment - 3 pcs. wheelchairs to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1C to NIN. Specification.
2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Package 4
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment - 2 pcs. pumps for enteral feeding to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1D to nin. Specification.
2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
