Public works contract, general construction company, for the construction of the Kanal cultural center on the site of the former “Citroën Yser” garage located between the Sainctelette square, the Quai de Willebroek, the Quai de la Voirie and the Quai des Barges in 1000 Brussels.
The Brussels-Capital region wishes to endow Brussels, the European capital, with an international cultural center comprising a museum of modern and contemporary art as well as an architecture center. The floor area for the entire project is approximately 45,000 m
The Kanal cultural center will notably house:
- about 15,000 m
- about 10,000 m
- about 10,000 m
- about 10,000 m
This contract covers: structural work, frameworks, roofs, facades, stability, special techniques, finishing.
The market includes:
1) all the work described in this CSCH and all of its annexes, as well as all the works, supplies, accessories, supplies of energy and fluids and all the constraints and means of 'execution allowing the adj. to deliver an absolutely complete job meeting the normal purpose of the job.
The adj. will not be able to take advantage of any gap and / or omission to claim any supplement to the price of its offer (article 82, paragraph 1
2) Maintenance of works and technical equipment during the works and the warranty period;
3) the general site installations in accordance with the terms of this CSCH and the regulations in force, as well as any requests for authorizations that may be required;
4) Perfect maintenance of the site and its surroundings;
5) the preventive and safety measures necessary for the works forming part of this contract, those relating to working staff, people having access to the site, co-contractors and public authorities and those to be provided, if applicable, to adjoining buildings ;
6) regular evacuation, outside the site, of soil, sludge, waste, materials, debris, rubble, etc. from this contract, to a recycling facility in accordance with the order of the government of the Brussels-Capital region of 16.3. 1995 relating to compulsory recycling of certain construction or demolition waste (MB 6.5.1995);
7) The deposit, at the locations indicated by DT, of products from the site that may be reusable.
