The contract comprises works for ground, piling and concrete, as well as steel columns.

The ground works include clearing and excavation of the site. The building is founded on steel core piles. The concrete work comprise all site cast structures, (foundation, foundation plates, walls and slabs), as well as sandwich elements and hollow-core slabs. Steel columns for bearing of site cast slabs, and fire protection of these is also included.
