                        SUPPLY OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE UNDER TARGET IMPORT MODE
The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive deliveries of medicinal products available in the target import mode for the Hospital Pharmacy divided into 12 parts
The Contractor may only offer medicinal products authorised for marketing in the country from which it is imported, in accordance with the law in force in that country.
