1. The subject of the contract is: “The provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste and the development of such waste from the owners of the property created in the Municipality of Poczesna.”
2. Object range of the order:
Within the scope of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste donated by owners, co-owners, managers, users of the property on which the residents reside and from the property where the cottages or other are located real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the municipality of Poczesna in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to the biodegradable for storage within the entrusted task.
Detailed description of the item of the order includes OPZ - Annex 3 to SWZ.
Employment obligation on the employment contract - Appendix No 4 to the SWZ (PPU).
AND.
1. The area of Poczesna Municipality is 60.13 km².
2. The population of the Municipality is 12558 in permanent and temporary stay as of 31.05.2021.
3. The number of inhabited single-family properties is 3,350 — resulting from a declaration of municipal waste management fee, as of 31.05.2021.
4.Overall number of inhabited properties — 3395 (3,350 single-family properties + 45 multi-scale properties). Including the number of properties with an obstructed commute - 3 (list of properties with an impeded commute is Annex 6 to SWZ).
II.
The minimum amount of waste during the order execution period is estimated to be:
1 Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - 1620 Mg
2 Segregated waste,
(paper, metal, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste, furniture and other large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, expired medicines, spent batteries) - 800 M g,
3 Ash from house hearths - 600 Mg.
III.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the field of receiving municipal waste from owners, co-owners, managers, users of real estate on which residents reside and from the property on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the territory of the municipality of Poczesna and the development of these waste. Within the scope of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste donated by owners, co-owners, managers, users of the property on which the residents reside and from the property where the cottages or other are located real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the municipality of Poczesna in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of waste com. and ogr.mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage within the entrusted task.
2. Municipal waste mixed and segregated from all real estate and property on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the area G. The contemporaries will be received according to the frequency specified in the OPZ Division XII PARTICULARITY OF RECOMMUNAL WASE REQUIREMENT WASE OF REALTY.
3. The Contractor will organize 2 times a year (2 times during the duration of the contract) the collection of large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment from the front of the property.
4. The system of receiving municipal waste does not cover waste resulting from business activities.
5. The subject of the contract should be carried out in a manner that ensures the attainment of the level of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage under the task entrusted, with the provisions the law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities) and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship.
6. The use of collected waste com. must comply with the hierarchy of handling waste as set out in Article 4 (1) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2008/98/EC of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (OJ 2008.312.3, as amended).
7. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use all municipal waste specified in the OPZ generated on the property where the inhabitants reside and transferred by the property owners under the rules laid down in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in g. Post-term.
8. Mixed municipal waste will be collected from containers.

9. The Contracting Authority provided for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) — the so-called 'reverse' procedure.
