The Framework Agreement does not cover rehabilitation operations

set of services contributing to the assistance of the contracting authority on the "programming" and "monitoring of the procurement procedures" for the realization of future Penitentiary Centers, Support Structures towards Exit and projects to extend the capacity of existing Penitentiary Centers in Metropolitan France and Overseas. The Framework Agreement does not cover rehabilitation operations.

This consultation is carried out according to a formalized open tender procedure, in accordance with the provisions of L.2124-1 and L.2124-2, R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.

This public contract is a multi-award framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) holders, pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code. It is executed as and when the need arises, through the conclusion of subsequent contracts, executing themselves through the issuance of purchase orders.

This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euro ht for the entire duration of the contract.
