Term

The Agreement enters into force at the time of signing by the Parties (estimated Nov 2023) Parties and is initially valid for thirty-six (36) months from the Agreed Delivery Date. The agreed delivery date is set for 2024-01-31.

The municipality is entitled to five (5) extension options of twelve (12) months, respectively.

The purpose is to procure and implement e-identity as a service for Haninge Municipality. The service will enable secure login and authentication for municipal residents and staff via the internet and other digital channels. The main activities of the project are as follows:

- Procurement preparations and Advertising

- Tender evaluation and award decisions

- Transition project with possible new supplier / Transition to new requirements with current supplier

- Implementation of e-identity as a service
