The object of the contract is the execution of the socio-educational intervention services in the form of day care (former open centers): El Nus (Pineda centro) and La Baldufa (Poblenou), in accordance with the provisions of this Specification of Special Administrative Clauses and the Technical Specifications. The provision of this service entails direct benefits in favor of citizens and the requirements specified in Article 312 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) must be fulfilled.
