The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training in the use and warranty of a new laser microdissection microscopy system on behalf of the CRCA - CNRS (UMR 5169). The technical specifications are detailed in the Special Clauses Book (CCP no. o 21111 of 15.3.2021). The consultation provides for the presentation and mandatory costing of three (3) possible additional services (PSE).

The acquisition of the system - subject of this consultation, is part of the scientific project “Cognition in an Insect Brain”, funded by an ERC - Advanced Grant Cognibrains grant.

The consultation provides for the presentation and mandatory costing of three (3) possible additional services (PSE) (see Articles II.2.10) and II.2.11) of this notice).

The market is ordinary, treated at a global and fixed price.

The time limit indicated in article II.2.7) is the overall execution time (which is a maximum of six weeks - cf. article 6 of CCP no. o 21111 of 15.3.2021) and the initial 24-month guarantee which begins the day after the final acceptance of the equipment. The overall execution time includes the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training of the new laser microdissection microscopy system on behalf of the CRCA - CNRS. The overall execution time is suspended during the time necessary for the contracting authority to carry out the operations to verify the services.
