National Framework for New and Used Furniture Solutions 23

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, wish to establish a national framework of Suppliers of new and used furniture, including turnkey solutions for new installations. The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of furniture for use within an office, educational, residential, laboratory and auditorium settings along with associated design services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK, the full list is available in the Tender synopsis on the In- Tend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1264) The framework is divided into 7 lots and Suppliers per sub-lot. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements.


Lot 1a Education Furniture Solutions - New

This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an educational setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 7 regions and within each region, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot.


Lot 1b Education Furniture Solutions - Used

This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, used furniture that will be used in an educational setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 7 regions and within each region, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will be able to both direct award and further compete their requirements via this lot.


Lot 2a Office Furniture Solutions - New

This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an office setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 7 regions and within each region, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in a laboratory setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 4 regions and within each region, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will only be able to further compete their requirements via this lot.


Lot 5 Auditorium Seating Solutions

This lot is for the provision of, including where required, the installation of, new furniture that will be used in an auditorium setting along with associated design services. This lot is subdivided into 4 regions and within each region, there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers awarded. Client Organisations will only be able further compete their requirements via this lot.
