2. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids divided into 81 Packages, listed in Appendix 2 to the SWZ.

3. The execution of the subject of the contract for the Dr. Karol Jonscher Municipal Medical Center in Łódź (Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź, Przyrodnicza 7/9, 91-480 Łódź, Zarzewska 56/58, 93-129 Łódź and Lecznicza 6, 93-173 Łódź) will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
