SR wishes to conclude a framework agreement for plots 1 to 3 with one (1) party for the hiring of temporary workers. For lot 4, SR wishes to conclude a framework agreement with two (2) parties. An objective of this tender is that all external hiring is designed lawfully, efficiently and transparently.

Within lot 1 General, all functions fall into the function scales 1 to 9, with the exception of the functions in the other parcels.  These include, but are not limited to, the following functions:

This plot concerns specific functions for qualified personnel and falls under the Outdoor Sports & Maintenance department. This department consists of 2 teams: team Outdoor sports and team Maintenance. The Outdoor Sports team is responsible for the daily maintenance and rental of 50 outdoor sports complexes, 16 school sports complexes and 6 tennis complexes. The Maintenance team is responsible for all maintenance of our sports halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools and outdoor sports locations. The requested functions within this plot often fall under team Buitensport. These include, but are not limited to, the following functions:

Team Horeca falls under the Indoor Sports department and is responsible for the catering establishments of a total of 4 locations. In addition, SR organizes about 10 major events per year (think of World Cups, Titan Swim and water polo events), in which catering staff are deployed, among other things. For this plot, SR works with a fixed pool of temporary workers who are known at SR locations. It concerns both event work and the running of catering services. The temporary worker works independently at the locations or within a team during events. These include the following functions:

• (Allround) catering employee (scale 3)

• Auxiliary (supporting activities at events – scale 3)

• Self-employed Cook (scale 7)

• Assistant cook (scale 5)

• Host/hostess of meeting and events (scale 3)

SR has a total of 10 swimming pools in Rotterdam: 8 indoor and 2 outdoor pools. The pool staff is part of the Swimming Pools department. For this plot SR is looking for qualified personnel. These include the following functions:

Supervisor swimming pool; (Must be in possession of diplomas: First Aid, Lifeguard swimming rescue for Swimming Pools)

Swimming teacher lesson swimming; (Must be in possession of diplomas: First Aid, Lifeguard swimming rescue for Swimming Pools, Teacher Swimming ABC)

Swimming teacher aquasport; (Must be in possession of diplomas: First Aid, Lifeguard swimming rescue for Swimming Pools, Teacher Swimming ABC + target groups)
