The district of Altötting intends to conclude a purchase agreement within the framework of an open procedure. The subject matter of the contract is in particular the supply of active network components as well as WLAN components for the schools in the material expenditure sponsorship of the district of Altötting. A total of four schools (=4 lots) will be equipped with active network components or WLAN components. This tender includes one of the schools or one lot. The services of the other schools were already advertised at an earlier date. For technical reasons, point II.1.6 states 'Breakdown of the contract into lots: no'.

As part of this tender, the hardware components of the Pestalozzi School (Neuötting branch) will be renewed or expanded. It is imperative to offer LANCOM devices. For systemic and administrative reasons, no alternatives are possible!

The detailed description of the service can be found in the appendix "Leistungsbeschreibung_Preisblatt". It is not possible to offer products other than those mentioned. This would result in the exclusion of the offer. If the delivery of one of the aforementioned products is impossible due to technical developments, a successor product from the same manufacturer may also be offered. However, the minimum requirements set out in Appendix "Leistungsbeschreibung_Preisblatt" must be complied with.
