The property in question is the Education and Science Centre of the Federal Finance Administration (BWZ) - DO Sigmaringen (WE 138086), which is used by the customs administration, as well as the externally rented property "In der Vorstadt 35" (WE149405).

A total of 557 beds are available in 8 residential buildings (including the external accommodation building), of which 171 are single rooms and 386 are double rooms.

In total, there are about 155,000 overnight stays per year. The Contractor shall provide the necessary manpower for the thorough and professional execution of room service.

The Contractor uses a qualified coordinator who is on site for eight hours from Monday to Friday and coordinates the room inspection service and the other services of the hotel service point on its own responsibility.
