1. The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste arising on real estate inhabited in the Sands Community from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
2. Description of the object of the order and frequency of collection of waste:

CHAPTER AND. DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE ORDER
1. The subject of the order is the task of the “Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from inhabited property from the Sand Municipality”.
2. Subject of the order according to the CPV:

3. Object of the order:
1) The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of the inhabited property on which municipal waste is formed, from the site of the Municipality of Sands within 12 months of the date of the signing of the contract, and the organization and operation of the Selective Waste Collections Point Communal. The task should be carried out in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779), of the Provincial Waste Management Plan adopted by the Resolution of the Lublin Voivodeship Sejmik No XXIV/349/2016 of 2 December 2016 on the enactment of the “Waste Management Plan for Lublin Voivodeship 2022" with Annexes and Regulations of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Piaski.
The Contractor shall carry out the subject of the contract by:
- collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste
from real estate inhabited from the grounds of the Municipality of Sand;
- transport of waste;
- the organization and operation of the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste.
Waste collection equipment: containers, containers and bags that will be set up at the waste collection sites indicated by the Contracting Authority shall be provided by the Contractor.
2) Piaski Municipality has a population of 10308, including a population of 2444 in the territory of Piaski (as at 31 December 2020). There are approximately 3090 properties within the Sands Municipality:
- approx. 2930 properties residing in single-family and homestead development;
- 11 properties inhabited in multi-family development;
A detailed list of the properties covered by the contract will be received by the Contractor on the date of conclusion of the contract. Data on the Municipality of Sands relevant from the point of view of the order: The area of the Municipality of Piaski is 169.73 km2, of which the area of the town of Piaski is 8.4 km2. The route of the crossing is about 500 km. The municipality of Piaski consists of 39 villages: Borkowszczyzna, Brzezice, Brzeziczki, Bystrzejowice Pierwsze, Bystrzejowice Drugie, Bystrzejowice Trzecie, Emilianów, Gardzienice Pierwsze, Gardzienice Second, Giełczew, Jadwisin, Janówek, Józefów, Kawęłów, Klimusin, Habitat Colony, Wola Piasecka Colony, Koozice Lower Cologne, Koozice Górne, Maidan Brzezicki, Maidan Kawęczyński, Maidan Kozic Lower, Maidan Kozic Upper, Majdanek Kozicki, Marysin, Youth, News, Upper Sands, Sands, Siedliszczszczszczszczki ki, Stefanówka, First Boarlands, Sierzchowiska The second, Wola Gardzienicka, Wola Piasecka, Żegotów and the city of Piaski.
3) The amount of waste received in 2020 is 1159,3620 tonnes of unsegregated waste and 677,8380 tonnes of segregated waste.
The amount of waste collection is an indicative volume and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to transfer less or more waste. The above data on the amount of property and waste generated may change as a result of new buildings being settled or depopulated and as a result of the reduction of waste generation by residents.
4) The Contractor is obliged to receive and use municipal waste donated by all property owners residing from the Sands Community, including:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) comune waste
