North Wales Housing Association is an award winning social housing provider. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 2 500 properties. North Wales Housing Association intends to procure a cleaning service to be carried out in communal areas in a range of properties including flats, sheltered housing and office spaces. The areas that need to be cleaned in each property vary between locations but include external areas such as bin stores, car parks and walkways, entrance doors and porches, hallways, corridors, lifts and stairways, kitchens, communal lounges, guest rooms, laundry rooms, reception and office areas.
