In the course of the building extension (4th construction phase) of the Fraunhofer Institute for Large Structures in Production Technology IGP in Rostock, the production technology is expanded. For the universal cutting of different materials ((non-)metal, plastics, foams, fiber composites, wood, mineral materials), a waterjet cutting machine is to be procured. Complex bevel cuts are also necessary for weld seam preparation.
