Year-round summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness in road lanes of municipal roads, i.e. on roadways, sidewalks, squares, street areas along with maintaining street greenery and maintaining order and cleanliness in undeveloped areas administered by the Office Żoliborz district of Warsaw, in a period of 1,096 days from 21.12.2022.

Year-round summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness in road lanes of municipal roads, i.e. on roadways, sidewalks, squares, street areas along with maintaining street greenery and maintaining order and cleanliness in undeveloped areas administered by the Office Żoliborz district of Warsaw, in a period of 1,096 days from 21.12.2022.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in urban areas, i.e. on sidewalks and squares;

2) Mowing weeds;

3) Elimination of illegal waste dumps, e.g. debris, organic waste, overall waste, etc., and the removal of the consequences of unforeseen random events (e.g. vestibules);

4) Setting kp-7 containers for dimensional waste, green waste, event waste, etc. in places indicated by the contracting authority and handing them over to the next holder.

5) Setting 3 pcs of toilet cabins and performing services in 3 toilet cabins;

6) Mechanical purification of 30,568 km roadway;

7) Emptying 100 street baskets 7 days a week (once a day);

8) Snow removal (flushing) of the roadway of municipal streets with a length of 30,568 km;

9) Sprinkling the roadway with chemical agents;

10) Snow removal of walkways intended for systematic winter maintenance;

11) Sprinkling sand of walkways intended for systematic winter maintenance;

12) Snow removal of 47 berths with an estimated total area of 2.35 a;

13) Snow removal from municipal areas with an estimated amount of 300m3 during the duration of the contract;

14) Treatment of sewage grilles of sewer wells from ice and snow;

15) Spring sweeping of walkways covered by winter systematic snow removal;

16) Gracing the surface of sidewalks and squares subject to constant purification;

17) Pumping water from backwaters formed as a result of spring thaws and violent rainfall;

18) Elimination of the consequences of road accidents from squares, sidewalks and roadways of municipal streets of the district, including elimination of stains of operating liquids of vehicles, cleaning from the area of damaged vehicle components and small elements of road infrastructure left after a traffic incident;

19) Removal of fallen animals from the municipal areas of the district;

20) Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness: cleaning 11.71 hectares of lawns in road lanes of municipal streets, consisting in manual collection of all contaminants (paper, bottles, cans, foils, etc.), loading and immediate export of waste to recovery or disposal sites;

21) Mowing lawns;

22) Renovation of lawns;

23) Fertilizing lawns;

24) Spring and autumn winning lawns;

25) Winning leaves and any impurities from the scupin, and then export the waste to recovery or disposal sites, immediately after completion of the work;

26) Weeding of bushes, weeding and leveling of the banks of the scupin, cleansing the site and exporting waste to recovery or disposal sites, immediately after completion of the work;

27) Fertilizing bushes with a multicomponent preparation, rich in microelements and nutrients for plant growth;

28) Correction and care cuts of bushes, in accordance with the rules of horticultural art, raking and exporting waste to recovery or disposal sites, immediately after completion of the work;

29) Skupin care (pruning, rejuvenation) in accordance with the rules of horticultural art, raking and exporting waste to places of recovery or disposal, immediately after completion of the work;

30) Watering the trees indicated by the Ordering Party with water;

31) Delivery and scattering of bark under bushes. The action of replenishing the bark after previously removing weeds;

32) Making fences with single or double crossbar.

The Contracting Authority applies the social clause on the basis of Article 95 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended).
