This contract is a joint contract led by a single contracting authority, the Municipality of Jalhay, in order to meet common needs.

This contract concerns the award of the following insurance lots:

* Lot 1: "Material Damage" (Commune, CPAS and OTJS)

* Lot 2: "Civil Liability" (Municipality, CPAS, OTJS)

* Lot 3: "Insurance of Persons (Accidents)" (Commune and CPAS)

* Lot 4: "Automobile Insurance" (Commune and CPAS)
