It consists of the organization, management, procurement, preparation, transport and administration - as a rule, on all weekdays, with the exception of Saturdays, public holidays and holidays - of a daily meal to pupils, teachers and auxiliary staff of kindergarten and primary school, attending full-time or modular or extended time, as well as to any persons authorized by the municipal administration, who use the canteen service in the Municipality of Taurisano.

The service also includes the preparation and distribution of meals at home to the elderly admitted to the service (every day, excluding holidays).

The service also takes care of the preparation of the tables in the refectories and / or rooms where the meal is consumed, the restoration, the cleaning of the refectories, the withdrawal and subsequent washing of the equipment, dishes, furnishings and anything else used for the execution of the service.

The canteen service for the elderly, aimed at supporting elderly people who are alone or without a constant parental network, takes place every day (lunch only), including Saturdays, with the exception of Sundays and holidays. The meal is delivered directly to the applicant's home, in the time slot 12 – 12.45 by the company with its own staff.
