The subject of the order is to complete design documentation for the task “Elaboration of design documentation for construction of the Granitowa Ring Road — derivation of mining transport from localities in the territory of the municipality of Strzegom, Dobromierz and Mściwojów” to constitute a description of the subject procurement and enabling the tendering procedure for the establishment of the Contractor of Works and the implementation of construction works together with obtaining the necessary authorisations and decisions required by law, including the final decision to authorise the implementation of road investment (ZRID). The task is carried out on the basis of an agreement with the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the object of the contract is contained in the technical documentation annexed to the SWZ.

The submitted documentation shall take into account the execution of construction works in phases/sections (separate projects, cost estimates, objects, projects of movement organization):

• stage I — from a roundabout on provincial road number 374 (km 0+000) near msc. Siekierzyce, to a roundabout at the junction with county road number 2792D (km 4+784), along with both roundabouts.

• Stage II — from the junction with DP 2792D (km 4+784), to the roundabout at the junction with county road number 2883D (km 8+805) along with the roundabout.

• Stage III — from the junction with DP 2883D (km 8+805), to the roundabout at the junction with National Road 5 (km 11+789) including the roundabout.

• Stage IV — from the junction with DK5 (km 11+789), to the roundabout at the junction with the provincial road number 374 (km 15+045) near msc. Stanowice, along with roundabout
