The aim of the initiative is to ensure that youths who have dropped out of school or do not, in another way, participate in school/work, return to education or find work. The initiative shall motivate participants to take responsibility for their lives and be self-sufficient. Engaged, motivated supervisors who know the group well are decisive for success. The tenderer and the executing personnel are expected to have very good knowledge of the upper secondary education and training system, as well as job-training schemes for businesses. The participants in job clubs shall be mapped and individual and overall plans for self-financed education or employment shall be developed. A sub-aim of this course is that all the participants shall get to try working life via relevant work practice.
