1. The subject of the contract is: supply of electricity for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin

2. A detailed description of the technical parameters is included in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

3. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to sell (supply) electricity to the energy consumption points listed in the table of Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), implementing acts to this Act and instructions of power system operators (TSO and DSO).

4. For all points described in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference, the Contracting Authority shall have

for the provision of distribution services with an indefinite duration.

5. The Order does not cover matters related to electricity distribution, connection, metering and quality of energy included in a separate agreement for the provision of distribution services concluded by the Customer with the DSO.

1. The projected amount of electricity that the Contracting Authority intends to purchase during the term of the contract is 5,652,200.00 kWh. The Contracting Authority stipulates that this amount is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified quantity. The actual amount of electricity purchased will result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority during the performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority also stipulates that the amount of purchased energy may be reduced in relation to the above-mentioned forecast, but not more than 40% of the above-mentioned amount.

2. The actual quantities of electricity sold to the Contracting Authority by the Contractor shall be settled in units of electricity dedicated to tariff groups respectively on the basis of metering and billing data provided to the Contractor by the DSO in a given settlement period.
