As part of the health and safety requirements, NHS project guidelines, governance and operating standards, West Midlands Ambulance service NHS University Foundation Trust (WMSUFT), through the use of an external provider deliver conflict resolution, physical intervention and clinically related challenging behaviour training to approximately 3 500 patient-facing clinical staff.
