The purpose of this consultation is to entrust an operator with the responsibility of ensuring the maintenance and operation of the thermal and aeraulic installations of the community. 'Installation' means: - thermal and aeraulic installations for the production of heating and domestic hot water - air treatment, air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation installations. In addition, the operator will be responsible for the corrective maintenance of the community's facilities through the supply and replacement of spare parts on request. The supply will be made by means of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the indications indicated in the Unit Price List or, where applicable, via the catalogues. By installation, we mean: - thermal and aeraulic installations to ensure the production of heating and domestic hot water (DHW), - air treatment, air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) installations. This contract is established with a lump sum party (DFP) and a framework agreement with purchase orders and resulting contracts. The framework agreement part is established with no minimum amount with a maximum amount of 60,000 euro (including VAT) per year. Homogeneous services allowing advantageous economic conditions and ease of monitoring of execution by municipal services justify the non-allotment of the contract
