The contract has as its object the executive design service and the execution of all the works and supplies necessary to execute and give completely completed the works of: Realization of the new Festival Area - lot1.

Pursuant to Article 59 paragraph 1-bis of d. lgs. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments are included in the contract the executive design and the works, services, supplies and supplies necessary to give the work completely completed, according to the conditions established by this special tender specification, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for by the final design of the work and related annexes of which the Contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge.

The project, located in the existing green area between Via De Ponti and Via Meani in Cinisello Balsamo, involves the construction of a new public space consisting of a large elliptical square of about 1000 square meters, lowered

1.5 meters above the road level and covered for most of its extension by a textile tensile structure that reaches 12 meters in height from road level. On the square there are two reinforced concrete volumes containing the refreshment point, the technical rooms and the toilets. The remaining area of the lot (about 4,000 square meters) is used as a green area and paving access to the elliptical square. (see Chapter 4 of the project report for details).
