KBI GmbH plans to convert the listed building of the former Puschkin high school on Rathenaustrasse in Hennigsdorf into a creative work - an interdisciplinary start-up and commercial center.

ESH GmbH is planning the construction of a functional swimming pool as a project promoter for the city of Hennigsdorf. The new functional swimming pool should be consistently geared to the minimum requirements for public use, use by school and club swimming, and health-promoting offers.

Both projects are implemented in parallel or overlapping on a mined property.

In order to ensure coordination in the construction process in terms of technical, time and content, both lots are awarded to a specialist company.

In general, the construction work in both projects is awarded in batches according to the construction trades involved.
