The desired end product is a complete and integral digitally consultable environmental plan for the outskirts of the Hoeksche Waard, to be determined by the city council. This meets the requirements of the Environmental Planning Act.

The scope of the assignment is to draw up an adjustment of the temporary environmental plan for the outer area of the municipality of Hoeksche Waard (hereinafter: environmental plan for the rural area) in the planning software (Rx.Base) of the municipality of Hoeksche Waard (hereinafter: environmental plan for the rural area). This assignment also includes a recommendation from the contractor for which legal rules to make question trees, so that these become Applicable Rules and can be accessed via the Environment Desk. The client draws up these question trees himself via the STTR Builder software.
