Supply, financing, technical operations management and maintenance of medical technology

The service to be provided includes the supply, installation and commissioning, financing, technical operation management and maintenance of medical equipment and devices.

Essential elements of the service provision are:

• Definition of equipment requirements based on the current and future range of medical services and methods (for devices, power units 1 and 2)

o Analysis of current and future expected medical requirements and performance data for imaging technology

o Creation of operating concepts for a qualitatively and quantitatively optimal diagnostic and therapy process

o Derivation of the required equipment on the basis of functional and technical requirement parameters including data management model, availability requirements

o Derivation of a (re) investment program

o Change management taking into account medical performance development, technological progress, innovation strategy

o Digitalization concept in coordination with IT

• Delivery and commissioning (for power units 1 and 2)

o Definition of the required structural requirements, including project management and planning of the furnishing of functional rooms *)

o Delivery, installation and commissioning of device technology*)

A new building is being built at the Coburg site, i.e. repetitive services may be required during the contract period when moving the equipment to the new building

• Financing of the devices to be delivered (for devices power units 1 and 2)

o Creation of a financing concept using proven types of financing (e.g. rent, hire purchase, leasing or combination models)

• Medical technology operations management and management

o Project management
