The two listed buildings House 1 (built in 1906, GF 1,970 m²) and House 2 (built in 1909, GF 2,075 m²), which until recently were used continuously as ward blocks, will be converted into 132 apartments for nursing staff of Münchenstift GmbH and München Klinik gGmbH, including a daycare center, and a TG will also be built.
