The purpose of this contract is to operate, control, monitor, repair and maintain the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic hot water installations on the EPS Barthélemy Durand sites. These installations are described in Annex 1 of the CCTP. It is a market with obligation of results in accordance with article 6 of the CCTP.
