1. The subject of the contract is the supply of scientific and research equipment (coating system and laser diodes) for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław, divided into two tasks:

• Task No. 1: Delivery for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław, along with installation and training, of a system for applying suspension coatings by ultrasound spraying, guaranteeing a homogeneous surface of the coating and control of its production

• Task No. 2: Delivery of two laser diodes for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław

- on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contracts (Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – task No. 1, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – task No. 2), in the annexes to the draft contracts for task No. 1 and task No. 2, in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.

2. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation are included in draft contracts together with attachments (detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract - Annexes No. 1 to the Draft contracts for task No. 1 and task No. 2, respectively), constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for task No. 1 and Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for task No. 2.

3. Warranty period for the delivered Equipment:

• Task No. 1: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol

• Task No. 2: minimum 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.

The contractor may offer a longer warranty period than 12 months for the subject of the contract offered in task no. 2. An offer providing for an extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer specified in Chapter 13 of this SWZ.

The Contractor indicates the warranty period in the offer form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ – it concerns task No. 2.

Warranty period for the delivered Equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.

The subject of the contract is the supply of two laser diodes for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract (Annex 1B to the SWZ), in the annexes to the draft contract, in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation is included in the draft contract with attachments (detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement), constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ.

Warranty period for the delivered Equipment:

a minimum of 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.

The Contractor may offer a longer warranty period than 12 months for the offered subject of the contract. The offer providing for the extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer specified in Chapter 13 of the SWZ.

The Contractor indicates the warranty period in the offer form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
