This has a homogeneous building automation system, which must comply with the information formulated in the BImA Building Automation Guideline v.2.0. Due to the age of most automation stations, a corresponding make connection is dispensed with.
Currently the LP5 is pending, for the subsequent LP6 and 7 specifications are required. Of central importance is an initial tender to determine a new make binding. A framework agreement must be included, which serves to maintain prices and to ensure cost certainty.
For the upgrading of the server room, in addition to the tender, LV's for the technical trades of cost group 400 are also required.

In the buildings, on the other hand, the scope of the conversion measures is limited to building automation. An exchange of circulation pumps without fault signal contact, the retrofitting of door contact switches, preparation of domestic hot water heaters or renovation of ventilation systems etc. are not part of this measure.

The basis for the planning and execution of the service are DIN EN ISO 16484 and, in addition, VDI 3814 including all laws, regulations and technical rules mentioned in VDI 3814-2, as well as the building automation concept and the planning order of 26.08.2008. In addition, the AMEV GA is binding for the planning and construction of the GA systems, and the BImA Building Automation V2.0 Guidelines are binding.
The scope of services of building automation includes:
New installation of automation equipment for the operational systems in 39 GA relevant buildings with a management level, DDC automation stations, field devices, control cabinets and I&C cabling. Due to failures, 8 of these buildings have been renewed in the meantime with construction entertainment equipment.
