The object of the award is an order for the transfer of IT specialists to all DB Group companies. These personnel services are provided as a traditional employee leasing according to the AÜG. With the conclusion of the procurement procedure HF3/21/004, framework agreements are to be concluded for the period 1.1.2022 to December 31, 2024, with an optional extension of the contract by one year.
Lot 1: DevelopmentIndividual contracts (temporary employee contracts) are concluded between the customer and the contractor according to the request and selection of the contractor between the customer and the contractor with reference to this framework agreement. The temporary employee contracts must be in writing.
All contractors receive a potential request by email/web application by email/web application on behalf of the customer, on behalf of the requestors, from the professional groups which were transmitted to the client during the listing. The contractor must answer the potential request within the specified dates or deadlines using the specified forms (profile suggestion and price sheet) and, if necessary, submit additional documents or documents required.
