The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The purpose of this consultation is to:

— the reception of green waste from the recycleries of Syvadec in the extreme South and the Plaine Orientale,

— the transport of green waste between the receiving site and the recovery platform in the event that it is disjointed,

— the recovery of green waste,

— the transport and treatment of decommissioning of green waste in ad hoc installations,

— the reception of green waste and grinding services,

— transport by km (distance in km between the two points without taking into account the return).
