The procurement relates to framework agreements for construction works as well as ROT works, renovation, redevelopment and construction works in the Residers' property stock. The framework agreement refers to two subdivisions:

Sub-area 1: Construction service works such as water damage, insurance cases, change/repair interior doors, etc.

Sub-area 2: Root works for roofing, facade and balcony works
