The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement setting out the procedures for the selection of undertakings and the general conditions for the execution of Subsequent Contracts for Work of the type Fluids and Utilities in the context of the construction or renovation of boiler rooms or substations for the transfer of utilities district heating operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions.

Multi-attribution Framework Agreement laying down the terms and conditions for the selection of undertakings and the general conditions for the execution of Subsequent Contracts for Work of the type Fluids and Utilities in the context of the construction or renovation of boiler rooms or transfer substations for district heating utilities operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions. The number of subsequent contracts is estimated at approximately twelve (12) units between 2022 and 2026.Optionally, the Contractor may supply certain equipments.The contract is concluded without minimum or guaranteed maximum, and does not confer exclusivity to the holders on the needs of the procuring entity. The estimated amount excl. VAT shown in heading II.2.6 is indicative for all the forecast subsequent contracts.
