In summary, the project will comprise:

• 7 x general classrooms 58.6 m2 each (5 to be prefab replacements),

• 2 x science labs, 88.6 m2 each,

• 1 x prep room 38.5 m2,

• 1 x multimedia room 88.6 m2,

• student and staff toilets 27 m2,

• locker space 63 m2.

Sub-total 831 m2.
