The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 in the field of:

a) collecting unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Chodzież Commune, where residents live,

b) collecting and managing selective waste from property owners residing in the Chodzież Commune and municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kamionka,

c) equipping property owners inhabited with containers for mixed municipal waste and bags for separately collected municipal waste and equipping with containers and containers of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kamionka - without additional fee for the duration of the contract in question.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 in the field of:

2) The subject of the order includes:

a) inhabited single-family properties and developed with a multi-apartment building with the frequency of waste collection, as from single-family real estate in accordance with point 6 A of Chapter IV of the SWZ,

b) inhabited real estate developed with a multi-apartment building in accordance with point 6B of Chapter IV of the SWZ,

c) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kamionka.
